Kyndly is a one-person web design studio in Barrie, Ontario. Here’s the short version: we collect only what you type into the contact form, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.
When you send a message through the contact form, we store your name, the contact detail you provide (email or phone), and your message. That’s it. No accounts, no marketing lists.
Your message goes to Chris, who reads it and replies, usually within one business day. Your details are used only to respond to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, to do the work you’ve hired us for.
Form submissions are stored securely with Supabase (our database provider) on servers in Canada. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when the page loads.
This site doesn’t use advertising trackers. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits; these don’t identify you personally.
